Position Summary 
 

The Substance Use Disorder Counselor is responsible for providing clinical services to individuals with a substance use disorder under supervision and based on evidence-based practices. The SUD Counselor will work with individuals, families, and groups to promote optimum health while in recovery from substance use disorder. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver Substance Use Disorder treatment under clinical supervision. 
  • Coordinate patient care with onsite medical team. 
  • Use ASAM criteria and acquired information to provide accurate least restrictive care to individuals, groups, and families. 
  • Administer, score, and perform initial screening tests and evaluations. 
  • Assure documentation is completed with contract regulatory agency requirements and best practices. 
  • Provide interventions, treatments and utilize evidence-based therapy. 
  • Complete documentation within specified timeframe using Electronic Medical Records. 
  • Attend required meetings including individual and group supervision, treatment team meeting, and quarterly in-service. 

Job Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum dependent licensure (CDCA, LCDC II or LSW) required. 
  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy preferred. 
  • Independent licensure (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, LICDC) preferred.

Compensation range: $35,500.00-$61,000.00 (based on skills, licensure & experience)

The Director of Outreach is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales liaisons ensuring profitable growth in revenue through planning, execution, support, and management of a dynamic team. Candidate Profile:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with senior management to establish and execute community engagement strategy and sales goal for the assigned territory
  • Managing a highly successful Outreach (sales) team in order to drive census, maximize revenue and meet or exceed department and corporate related goals
  • Assisting in recruiting/hiring, onboarding and training of support/COM staff within region
  • Improving Brightview’s market position by understanding the competitive landscape, identifying new business opportunities, and building upon key stakeholder relationships
  • Strategic data management and review – providing direction and support to site-based Outreach Managers
  • Consistent achievement of weekly, monthly and quarterly outreach metrics

Job Duties:

  • Understand the Mission of Brightview and ensure alignment of regional based activity
  • Assist in strategic planning/department goal setting and regional objectives
  • Provide hands-on direction and support to site-based Outreach Managers in developing key accounts, presentations and achieving target growth objectives
  • Forecast and evaluate annual, quarterly and monthly goals, analyze data to report on outcomes
  • Utilize available tools/platforms to continually monitor/track KPI’s and trends
  • Establish clear expectations for communication and activity objectives with COMs
  • Conduct regional sales meetings and continued education programs
  • Hold frequent performance reviews with team to provide constructive feedback
  • Manage and supervise team to make sure they are on track to achieve objectives
  • Lead, motivate and inspire performance beyond expectations, celebrate achievements
  • Train new hires on company processes and procedures
  • Assist in new market development and evaluation
  • Assist COM’s in developing appropriate market coverage and strategy
  • Understand the competitive landscape
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and applications at regional level
  • Attend key presentations and industry trade shows/events as needed

Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

·       5+ years sales experience

·       Experience developing and training a high performing teams

·       Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively

·       Leadership and proven management skills

·       Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment of rapid growth and change

·       Data analytics/sales forecasting experience

·       Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and integrity

·       Comfortable with some travel
