Overview
This role is for a Laboratory Scientist. In addition to preparing and analyzing toxicology samples, the Laboratory Scientist I is responsible for preparing and running samples on Immunoassay Units, troubleshooting methods and equipment and preparing data for review.

Revenue Cycle Specialist Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit physician and clinic claims to third party insurance carriers either
electronically or by hard copy billing.
• Secure needed medical documentation required or requested by third party insurances.
• Follow up with third party insurance carriers on unpaid claims are paid or only self-pay
balance remains.
• Process rejections by making accounts private and generating a letter of rejection to
patient or correct any billing errors and resubmit claims to third party insurance
carriers.

We are currently processing approximately 20,000 urine samples per month and counting.

The primary responsibility of the Laboratory Accessioner and Data Processor is the checking in and accessioning of patient specimens and entering data into our computer systems. This position also requires a significant amount of attention to detail to maintain accuracy and processing efficiency. The Laboratory Processor I work directly with Laboratory Specimen Processor II and Team lead to ensure that all pertinent patient information is acquired prior to specimen analysis and ensures that there is a seamless communication process within the laboratory.

Essential Job Duties:

  • 0-2 years of sample processing and/or sample accessioning experience

  • Flexible availability is a must for this position. Rotating Saturday shift required. No late nights required!

  • Use urine screening logs to check in and record all laboratory samples from several busy centers -– including requisition printing and specimen labeling.

  • Utilize an Excel spreadsheet to assign tests to samples and manage the samples without toxicology orders.

  • Prep and label glass vials, centrifuge tubes, and IR tubes for Laboratory scientist.

  • Obtain new Toxicology orders from medical providers.

  • Utilize two different computer systems to perform accurate data entry in a fast-paced processing environment.

  • The ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

  • Update and maintain patient records with appropriate laboratory results and medication lists as is needed.

  • Ability to accurately enter data from one system into another using multiple computer systems and monitors.

  • Ensure that specimen containers are disposed of properly and in compliance with laboratory regulations and restrictions.

  • Provides customer service and support to clinical centers – answering questions and coordinating report updates as needed.

  • Keeps processes operating by following instructions; troubleshooting computer and printer breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

  • Documents information by maintaining daily logs and record books as required.

Position Summary:
The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for maximizing BrightView’s clinical and financial performance in an assigned region. He/she provides leadership in the administration of the business affairs and operations of BrightView to include the direct supervision of the Operations Managers and, by extension, each treatment center’s performance in the following key areas: operations, financial, staffing and employee relations, training, compliance, community relations/outreach, quality and customer service/satisfaction. This position will ensure effective implementation and execution of policies and plans to direct the growth of the Company and to achieve both long-term and short-range objectives. Travel as required.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Develop a strategic plan for each center within the assigned region to advance the company’s mission and objectives that achieve financial, operational, clinical, compliance and marketing goals. Assist in developing a budget to establish clear expectations.
  • Responsible for ensuring all treatment centers within the assigned region adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory agency requirements and regulations.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all regulatory and internal audit corrective action plans are followed.
  • Monitor performance against budget and take action to improve performance through revenue generation and expense control.
  • Responsible for driving treatment center and assigned region growth efforts.
  • Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, customer service and cost effective management of resources.
  • Plan, develop and implement strategies for generating revenue opportunities for the assigned region.

  • Authorize contract models to support existing and new service offerings.
  • Responsible for maintaining an adequate mix of team members necessary to provide best in class patient care

Skills & Qualifications

Required Education/Degree:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred

Required Certification/License:

Independent Licensure with Supervision designation preferred (LPCC-S, LISW-S, IMFT-S, LICDC-CS); Independent Licensure may be considered (LPCC, LISW, IMFT, LICDC) or RN.

Required Work Experience:
5+ years of management level experience or the equivalent of education and training

Other Requirements:
