Position Summary

Patient Services Representatives are instrumental in managing the workflow of the center. It is the representative’s responsibility to assist in the management of patient flow throughout the center.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining all new and current patient accounts.
  • Handle all patient inquiries regarding the program, appointments, and fees.Scheduling appointments for patients.
  • Communicating with various teams regarding patient appointments.
  • Ensuring patient accounts are current and in good standing.
  • Ensuring billing information, including insurance information, is accurate and updated.
  • Administering urine drug screens when applicable (varies per facility)
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by site manager

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years prior experience required
  • 2+ years of prior front desk experience preferred

Advanced Practitioner Job Responsibilities
• Mentor and conduct professional development activities in medical subjects relevant to the
patient’s treatment.
• Participate in all trainings as required by federal, state, local, and accrediting agencies and
comply with all accrediting, federal, state, and local regulatory agency requirements.
• Develop and present training content for education on various medical topics relevant to
substance use disorders and general good health practices.
• Perform medical services within the scope of his/her education, training, and expertise.
• Ensure implementation of medical quality health standard for both patients and employees.
• Provide medical input into overall program philosophy, treatment services, and patient
care.
• Provide a response to emergency care providers when they require consultation for one of
the program patients.
• Collaborate whenever necessary with other physicians, clinics or hospitals participating in
the treatment of program patients.
• Attend weekly treatment team meetings, as well as outside seminars and training.
• Hold a basic understanding of drug/alcohol abuse and addiction and keep updated on
current drug abuse and treatment information.
• Develop professional, helpful, and effective relationships with patients, team members, and
constituents.
• Ensure treatment center meets all accreditation standards related to medical, health, and
safety issues.

Skills & Qualifications

Advanced Practitioner Job Qualifications
• Master’s degree or equivalent
• Ohio Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant
• D.E.A licensure as required by BrightView

Position Summary 
 

The Substance Use Disorder Counselor is responsible for providing clinical services to individuals with a substance use disorder under supervision and based on evidence-based practices. The SUD Counselor will work with individuals, families, and groups to promote optimum health while in recovery from substance use disorder. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver Substance Use Disorder treatment under clinical supervision. 
  • Coordinate patient care with onsite medical team. 
  • Use ASAM criteria and acquired information to provide accurate least restrictive care to individuals, groups, and families. 
  • Administer, score, and perform initial screening tests and evaluations. 
  • Assure documentation is completed with contract regulatory agency requirements and best practices. 
  • Provide interventions, treatments and utilize evidence-based therapy. 
  • Complete documentation within specified timeframe using Electronic Medical Records. 
  • Attend required meetings including individual and group supervision, treatment team meeting, and quarterly in-service. 

Job Qualifications: 

All qualified, experienced certifications/licenses will be considered.  Preference given to independently licensed applicants. Qualified licensure are listed below:

CDCA, LCDC, LSW, LPC, LICDC, LPCC, LISW
