RESPONSIBILITIES:

Skills & Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • EXPERIENCE 
  • Required: 1+ year experience as Counselor I or other relevant experience 
  • Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in relevant field

Position Summary:

The Advanced Practitioner will be responsible for providing medical services in collaboration
