RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AND PARTNERSHIPS:
    • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key potential referral partners.
    • Act as a liaison for external marketing campaigns and advertisements.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, employers, and other stakeholders to develop/maintain clear pathways for patient access to treatment.
  • COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND EDUCATION:
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of BrightView’s service offerings and maintain clear pathways for patients to enter treatment.
    • Actively engage, educate, and develop community stakeholder relationships at all levels to increase brand awareness in the marketplace.
  • STRATEGIC PLANNING AND MISSION ALIGNMENT:
    • Understand the mission of BrightView and align outreach efforts accordingly.
    • Identify relevant trends and market opportunities for strategic planning.
    • Develop and implement outreach activities, campaigns, and strategies aligned with the organization’s mission.
  • COMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENTATION
    • Serve as a spokesperson/representative for the BrightView organization at meetings and special events, implementing outreach strategies and communications.
    • Provide guidance and development on marketing materials to support outreach efforts.
    • Maintain accurate recordkeeping duties and support for contact management, trend analysis, and reporting.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Proven ability to achieve sales or business development objectives.
  • Active knowledge of addiction medicine/behavioral health industry/markets
  • Outgoing personality, ability to connect and engage people openly and build rapport.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with various teams.
  • Ability to travel when needed and flexibility in scheduling. 
  • Excellent communication skills, time management and ability to utilize reporting and CRM software platforms.

 

Skills & Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • EXPERIENCE
    • Required: 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • EDUCATION:
    • Associate Degree or equivalent experience (Required)
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related equivalent experience (Preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • CLINICAL CARE: 
    • Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.

    • Establish treatment plans at the individual patient level. 
    • Consistently provide primarily independent therapy sessions for patients with  Substance Use Disorder. 
    • Demonstrate competency for individual counseling. 
    • Conduct occasional individual counselor sessions as appropriate to competency level. 
       
  • COORDINATION AND COLLABORATION
    • Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team. 
    • Attend required meetings, including on-site staff meetings, supervision, multidisciplinary team meetings, individual and group supervision, and quarterly in-service. 
    • Carry and effectively manage a caseload of patients. 
       
  • DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE
    • Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record. 
    • Ensure adherence to all necessary regulatory and company compliance requirements. 
       
  • TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP 
  • Provide occasional training/onboarding support for new hire Counselor I. 
  • Offer training, onboarding, and mentorship support for new hire counselors within the site or adjacent clinics.
