POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Manager of Continuous Improvement, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change and operational efficiency within our organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Transformation, you will support the administration of BrightView's Transformation office, help lead the roll-out of enterprise-wide initiatives and implement best practices and processes. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future success of the company by implementing key projects and ensuring sites meet set standards.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify opportunities for workflow and system enhancements across the organization including operations, medical, clinical and nursing services.
  • Implement initiatives to improve efficiency by leveraging technology solutions (i.e., low-codes, no-code development platforms).
  • Document procedures and support training to ensure success of initiatives.

 

Insights + Tracking:

  • Build business cases through assessment of available data, including sizing impact of  ROI to develop recommendations for future programs and projects.
  • Establish key performance indicators and measurement systems to track progress and efficacy of projects.

 

Change Management:

  • Develop and implement change management processes and plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Manage strategic initiatives from project identification through post-mortem analysis.
  • Collaborate effectively across various functional stakeholders to communicate the vision, gain buy-in and achieve a greater end result.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in leading change management and enterprise-project management initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful execution of complex project.
  • Change management expertise, including the ability to lead teams through significant organizational changes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Lean Sigma Black Belt or PMP Certification desirable but not required.
