SUMMARY: As a Manager of Onboarding and TA Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization by ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new hires. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong focus on running, conducting new hire orientation, managing applicant tracking system (ATS) reports, and overseeing all aspects of preboarding and onboarding processes.
- PREBOARDING AND ONBOARDING:
- Lead and manage a comprehensive new hire orientation program.
- Conduct engaging and informative orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company culture, values, policies, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to streamline preboarding processes.
- Partner with other departments involved in the onboarding process including, but not limited to Credentialing, IT, and Operations.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of preboarding materials to prepare new hires for a smooth transition into the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all preboarding and onboarding documentation and procedures.
- Develop training materials and resources for managers involved in the onboarding process.
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees and managers on onboarding best practices.
- APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM (ATS) ADMINISTRATION:
- Utilize the ATS to its full potential, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for reporting and analytics.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment and onboarding metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Responsible for reporting configuration, systems integration and vendor management to maintain and update functionality of the platform on an ongoing basis.
- Training of new hires on ATS system
- PROCESS OPTIMIZATION:
- Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to streamline onboarding workflows.
- COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Facilities, and department heads, to coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities.
- Maintain open communication channels with new hires, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in onboarding practices.
