RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • STRATEGIC RECRUITMENT PLANNING: 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies. 

  • SOURCING AND CANDIDATE ENGAGEMENT

  • Utilize various methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, building a diverse pipeline. 

  • SCREENING AND ASSESSMENT: 

  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage assessments for a seamless hiring process. 

  • OFFER NEGOTIATION AND CLOSING: 

  • Develop competitive job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth transition to onboarding. 

  • COLLABORATION AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT 

  •  Partner with internal stakeholders, provide updates, and offer guidance on best practices. 

  • DATA MANAGEMENT & REPORTING 

  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS, generate recruitment metrics reports, and drive process improvements. 


Skills & Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter with full lifecycle recruitment focus. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 

  • Goal-oriented, team-player mentality with a positive mindset. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Familiarity with ATS and HR software. 

  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
