RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
    • Serve as first point of contact for patient inquiries, customer services, and assisting with problem solving any patient issues.
    • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
    • Collect point of service payments, including patient copays and other forms of patient financial responsibility.
  • COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION:
    • Communicate with various teams both within the clinic and with central support regarding patient appointments and follow-up needs.
    • Attend required meetings/huddles and collaboration within clinic team.
  • DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE:
    • Responsible for maintaining accurate new and current patient accounts, including insurance and billing information.
    • Familiarity with HIPAA and 42-CFR part 2 desired.

Position Summary:
The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for maximizing BrightView’s clinical and financial performance in an assigned region. He/she provides leadership in the administration of the business affairs and operations of BrightView to include the direct supervision of the Operations Managers and, by extension, each treatment center’s performance in the following key areas: operations, financial, staffing and employee relations, training, compliance, community relations/outreach, quality and customer service/satisfaction. This position will ensure effective implementation and execution of policies and plans to direct the growth of the Company and to achieve both long-term and short-range objectives. Travel as required.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Develop a strategic plan for each center within the assigned region to advance the company’s mission and objectives that achieve financial, operational, clinical, compliance and marketing goals. Assist in developing a budget to establish clear expectations.
  • Responsible for ensuring all treatment centers within the assigned region adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory agency requirements and regulations.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all regulatory and internal audit corrective action plans are followed.
  • Monitor performance against budget and take action to improve performance through revenue generation and expense control.
  • Responsible for driving treatment center and assigned region growth efforts.
  • Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, customer service and cost effective management of resources.
  • Plan, develop and implement strategies for generating revenue opportunities for the assigned region.
  • Develop and approve company operational procedures, policies and standards.
  • Review statistical reports to determine progress and implement improvement plans where indicated.
  • Monitor performance against budget and take action to improve performance through revenue generation and expense control.
  • Develop plans for patient retention in the assigned region treatment centers.
  • Ensure patient access to services within the assigned region.
  • Develop and maintain a sound plan of organization. Develop a comprehensive management contingency plan that provides organization stability. Build and develop leadership teams. Hold individuals accountable for performance objectives.
  • Ensure that the Mission, Vision, and Values are upheld throughout the organization.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly treatment center reports.
  • Submit treatment center and region reports in a timely manner. Identify positive and negative trends as well as the underlying drive.
  • Develop key positive relationships with local industry, local government, potential key health care providers and the general public.
  • Establish physician engagement relationships with company
  • Authorize contract models to support existing and new service offerings.
  • Responsible for maintaining an adequate mix of team members necessary to provide best in class patient care
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and interact with others.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at the assigned region treatment centers.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Education/Degree:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred

Required Certification/License:

Independent Licensure with Supervision designation preferred (LPCC-S, LISW-S, IMFT-S, LICDC-CS); Independent Licensure may be considered (LPCC, LISW, IMFT, LICDC) or RN.

Required Work Experience:
5+ years of management level experience or the equivalent of education and training

Other Requirements:
• Ability to read and interpret financial data.
